Whether you're chasing your next personal best or just trying to feel more confident on the course, your swing starts with how your body moves. SB Physio’s Golf Mobility & Performance Classes are designed to improve mobility, power, and control—so your body becomes an asset to your game, not a limitation.
Led by Dr. Art Van Leuven, PT, DPT—TPI Level 3 Medical Certified, Nike NG360 Golf Performance Specialist, and K-Coach Certified—these small-group classes offer expert instruction rooted in biomechanics, golf performance, and rehab-informed movement.
Two Tracks to Meet Your Needs:
GolfFit - Foundations Track
Thursdays at 11:00 AM
This class is ideal for:
Newer or recreational golfers
Players returning from injury
Those with mobility limitations
Golfers looking to build core strength, flexibility, and body awareness
Focus: Foundational mobility work, body control, posture, and joint health. You'll learn how to move efficiently and reduce the strain on your back, hips, and shoulders. Perfect for players seeking longevity and ease in their swing.
GolfFit - Performance Track
Tuesdays at 8:00 AM & Fridays at 10:00 AM
This class is designed for:
Competitive or high-level recreational golfers
Players looking to increase power and rotation
Those wanting to improve clubhead speed and reduce stiffness
Athletes with established mobility looking to advance performance
Focus: Explosive movement, rotational strength, swing-specific drills, and performance-focused mobility. Great for golfers ready to level up their physical capacity and maximize on-course results.

Duration: 50 minutes
Class Size: 4–5 participants
Cost: $50 per class
