Safe, Seated Movement for All

SB Physio’s Chair Fitness Class offers a welcoming, low-impact option for those looking to stay active without standing or balance-based exercises. This class is designed for older adults or anyone wanting a gentle, seated workout in a small group setting.

Class Overview

  • Duration: 30 minutes

  • Type: Fully seated, light fitness class

  • Instructor: Non-physical therapist trained in senior wellness

  • Equipment: Light hand weights, resistance bands, and ankle weights

  • Capacity: Small group, limited to 10 participants

  • Cost: $12 per class

Additional times may be added based on demand.

This class is drop-in style—no long-term commitment required—but RSVP is required to reserve your spot. Even if it’s right before the session, you must RSVP to ensure we don’t exceed our 10-person limit.
