Core & More is a small-group class designed specifically for postmenopausal women who want to build strength, improve posture, and move with confidence. Led by Doctor of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Kimberlee McCoy, this class addresses the most important physical changes women experience during and after menopause—including core stability, balance, and mobility.

Expect focused attention, evidence-based exercises, and a welcoming environment to help you:

  • Strengthen your core and pelvic floor

  • Improve postural control and alignment

  • Increase hip and glute strength

  • Enhance mobility and balance

  • Reduce stiffness, pain, and fall risk
