Sam received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Augusta University after obtaining his Masters degree in Kinesiology from St. Mary`s College and Bachelor degree from University of California, Santa Barbara. Sam has clinical experience in a variety of physical therapy settings including outpatient orthopedics and inpatient rehabilitation. Sam was an avid athlete and played volleyball for ten years, competing as a member of the the U.S. national team and four years for the Division-1 Gauchos at UCSB.  Sam has a strong background in athletic performance with advanced coursework on evaluation and returning to sport following ACL injury.  Sam was raised in Northern California and enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors in his free time.
